Local Government Federal Credit Union (LGFCU) hosts the Exchange Online Bulletin Board (OBB) to provide a collection of online resources such as classified ads and e-mail service for local government entities in North Carolina. Those using OBB are subject to the following Terms of Use. Your use of the LGFCU website or OBB signifies you acknowledge and agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
These terms, conditions and guidelines may be altered or amended by LGFCU at any time without notice. Modifications become effective immediately upon posting. You should review this agreement on a regular basis to keep up-to-date with any changes.
Should you object to any term or condition outlined in the Terms of Use, any future modifications, or become dissatisfied with OBB in any way, you should stop using the service.
Posted Content
As the originator of the advertising content posted to OBB, you are entirely responsible for each individual item (text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or other materials known as Content) you send to be posted on or linked to from OBB. LGFCU may limit the maximum number of days that Content will be shown on OBB, the maximum number and size of postings, e-mail messages, or other Content that may be transmitted or stored by OBB. LGFCU reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue OBB with or without notice, and LGFCU shall not be liable to anyone for suspending or discontinuing OBB.

LGFCU takes reasonable measures to ensure the quality of the content on OBB. However, LGFCU provides no warranty, expressed or implied, for the information available through this site. The use of OBB is at your own risk and you will not hold the parties involved in creating, producing or delivering this site liable for any loss, injury, claim, liability or damage of any kind.

LGFCU specifically disclaims all warranties, expressed, implied or otherwise, including without limitation, all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. LGFCU has never, and will never sell your financial information to anyone for any reason. Our policy has always been to keep your financial information private. This commitment is ongoing; and, before any new service is adopted at the LGFCU, we thoroughly review the scope of the service to make certain our privacy standards will be maintained. If in the future, LGFCU should identify a beneficial reason to share your financial information; your consent will be requested before any disclosure is made.
Occasionally, LGFCU may be required by law to disclose non-public personal information for governmental or judicial purposes. If you decide to terminate your membership or become an inactive member, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.
